Very rude stuff rooms are dirty old furniture nothing like the photos no AC dirty water coming out of the sink. Room walls are thin you can hear the neighbors phone ring. Transportation sucks good lucky getting a cab

The room itself was pleasant, much better than I had anticipated. It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the major attractions, just a 10-15 minute walk from the prominent mosques. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring a well-stocked buffet.

First night in a room with a poor bathroom. Cracked toilet, mold, rusty radiator, cracked hallway floor.Second night, The next day, after they said there were no other rooms, I told them I would leave a bad review, and suddenly they found two rooms. I chose one. In the evening, when I tried to take a shower, the drain was clogged and the air conditioning didn’t work. They came after 20 minutes and unclogged it, but it was still cold. They brought a heater an hour later — it was midnight. An unpleasant experience.

The hotel was new, clean and we had a nice view

It was at the top of a hill and the road in front was closed looks like permanently, so you have to bring your bags a half a block up a steep hill. The breakfast was crowded and while the selection was large it was mostly vegan, very little meats.

Good location, friendly staff

Very unclean, hairs, fingerprints on everything, second day a towel was super dirty, bedsheets not clean, dirty toilet...

Location next to the Grand Bazaar is great. Front desk staff helpful EXCELLENT masseuse Selma is WORLD CLASS Do not miss massage with her but be aware 40% discount for massage services was not honored or offered! fantastic breakfast water gets all over the floor when you shower allowed to use steam room pool and sauna 12-7pm without charge nice

Staff totally ignore me, even when I ask something directly they will talk to my friend and even passed me by and handle my friend the keys for my room. Hidden charges, you do not get free hammam, they just let you wash yourself in the room for 10min, the actually hammam is 40 EUR more, and you have a limit of 30min for the pool and sauna (pass that and you get a fine)Some things that didn't work: The room door lock, tv and some of the room lights

The location is perfect. T1 tram for all main locations is 1 min from the hotel. We got a free room upgrade. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a big variety to choose from, even for gluten free person like me. Swimming pool requires a swimming cap and it’s small but if it’s not crowded it’s okay.

WiFi was essentially slow. Wished they had free water at the spa like most spa centers do at other hotels - bring your own or pay for it there. Limited free spa use 12pm -7pm, otherwise it’s 10€ per person.

The porter / bellman who handles our luggage was an old grumpy guy, who was rude and asked for higher tips when we even gave him one! Unprofessional.

Close to shopping

Air conditioning is a serious problem it is set at 25 Celsius when it is very hot they need to fix that problem

The location is very nice. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The size of the room is great

From the receptionist, to the breakfast, everything was excelent. Every day cleaning and towels changed.

The person that takes the luggage expects a big tip, we gave 100 lira and he didn't like it. One of the window handles in our room was broken, we had the last floor room with the sea view, and was pretty close to the venting system wich was very nosy. Maybe if the window could close we wouldn't of heard it so loud.

Exelent hotel with greate view from room. Very clean, god stuff and food. See you soon again :)

The staff were very kind, we got a room upgrade and extra breakfast because of early arrival and waiting the check-in. The breakfast was very nice, there are a lot of options. The location is great. We also recommend hamam at the hotel.
